HOW DOES E-DESIGN WORK FOR STAGING?
E-Design for staging allows the seller client and agent/agency to be outside of our normal working area and still complete a project, or several projects, together. This approach initiates with a collaboration of the agent, photos from client or agency, short video meetings, and a consultation document sent to the payer directly, either agent or their client. This adaptation still allows for all the normal suggestions provided with in-person service, except “Full Home E-Staging” can be 5-7 rooms max. Additional charges would apply for more rooms. Many times extra rooms such as laundry rooms, guest bedrooms, entryways and exits, or rooms used as offices can be assisted directly by the agent – and we do offer on-demand video tutorials for clients OR agents to learn how to stage those rooms themselves (but only for specific rooms).
This process offers great success, and is ideally suited for either highly introverted clients or self-conscious homeowners, those unsure if they have faith in staging, as well as for clients with crazy schedules – and especially well if your area currently does not have any home stagers available.
