STAGING TO SELL
Staging to sell a home is much different from any other interior design or decorating. The process begins with a consultation call, and if we’re on the same page it will proceed to a home consultation that will be either via online or in person, for each room being staged or the entire home. By the end of the consultation the client will have an entire outlined plan for the staging process, and can then decide if they would like to have further assistance in carrying out all or part of the plan, or if they would rather complete the staging themselves from that point. *All plans build off start with what is currently in the home, to make it everything as simple, effecient and affordable as possible!

E-DESIGN FOR STAGING
This is a relatively new process for most of our clients and the public in general, but one we’re very excited to offer! This design and/or staging process encompasses all aspects of a room, and can be done to curate a room in one of 3 ways: (1) staging, (2) specific refreshes to ehance or add to what is currently in the room, or (3) change the entirety of the room to an entirely different and new decor style. There is a short interview process, to ensure we are on the same page and both feel comfortable working towards the common goal. If an entirely new decor style is the choice, that also involves a decor style assessment prior to that interview.

HOME DESIGN, in person
Home Design that is in person includes a brief in person interview, then moves to the build a plan program, and may or may not include a decor style assessment quiz (based upon what details each client is looking for,) before a mood board, vision board, and then completed design board is provided that meets the client’s specified budget and timeline.
COLOR CHOICES
Colors talk! They can calm, invigorate, spark creativity, refresh, and even nurture our spirit. But… Unless you’re looking to start fresh with new paint, this consultation is best done in-person.
DESIGN DECISIONS
When it comes to homes that are flipped, renovated, or acting as a model, we understand that many of these customers are first and foremost looking to complete their projects with the most effective design decisions for their market. These decisions are part of the backdrop, and are therefore some ofo the most critical decisions to our clients prior to any potential staging.
